About The Coronavirus & Cancellations

The Severance Hall ticket office is currently closed due to the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), in order to ensure the health and well-being of our audience members, staff, and musicians.

To contact our ticket office staff, please email boxoffice@clevelandorchestra.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

We are currently monitoring the situation and assessing the status of our next scheduled concerts starting on April 16. We will have more information in the coming weeks regarding these concerts and will communicate with guests who hold tickets to scheduled performances. For guests who had tickets to the March 12, 13 and 14 concerts which were canceled, please email boxoffice@clevelandorchestra.com until May 31st, 2020 to request a ticket exchange or donate your tickets.
