Blossom Music Center is a smoke-free environment; smoking of any type, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed within the gates of the facility.
Box Office and Facility Hours
Box Office: Every Sat & Sun 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (starting the weekend following Memorial Day through Labor Day). On concert days, 1:00 p.m. through intermission.
Grounds: Gates open 2½ hours prior to concerts by The Cleveland Orchestra.
All Blossom Music Center events are performed rain or shine. Lawn ticket holders are welcome to sit in the General Admission areas in the covered Pavilion. These seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Directions and Parking
Pavilion ticket holders will be directed to park in lots C-D-E. Subscribers are issued parking passes for lot B; Box Seat holders park in lot A. Lot A passes may also be purchased for $20. Lawn ticket holders will be directed to the grass lots.
The Blossom grounds open 2½ hours before concert start time. Arrive early to enjoy the beautiful gardens and picnic areas, Eells Art Gallery, or shop in the Bandwagon Gift Shop.

Free Tram Service is available from the parking lots to the Main Gate, then to the Pavilion level. Please note: The tram service operates up to 20 minutes before the concert start time.
Golf Cart Transportation: Once inside the Blossom grounds, golf carts are available to take you to the Blossom Grille, Knight Grove, or the Pavilion.
Picnics are part of the Blossom experience! Whether enjoyed on the Lawn or in the plentiful picnic areas. Picnic tables, within the grounds, are located at the top of the hill, along the path to the Blossom Grille, and in the area near Knight Grove. Outside the gates, the Woods Picnic Area is adjacent to Lot B. Open flames of any kind are not permitted.

Dining and Concessions
Blossom Grille Enjoy fine dining at Blossom’s beautiful open-air restaurant, open for service 2½ hours prior to performances, and for dessert immediately following performances. Reservations are recommended; call 330-916-6063.

Concessions Located throughout the grounds, with many options, including the Wine Shop and Fresh Market.
Lawn Chairs and Rentals
Patrons may bring their own chairs, but are asked to bring short-legged beach-style chairs so as not to obstruct the view of other Lawn patrons. Rental chairs are available at the top of the Lawn for a fee of $5 per evening. Flags, tents, and other structures are strictly prohibited.

Blossom Music Center is considered one of the finest outdoor venues in the country. The acoustics within the Pavilion and the sound system for Lawn guests insure that you will hear a beautiful concert.
“Under 18s Free” Tickets
Tickets for under 18s are free with the purchase of full-priced Adult tickets. These passes can be obtained from either the Lawn Ticket Booth or the Main Box Office. For more information about Under 18s Free, click here.

Pavilion Seating: Food and Beverage, Late Seating
For the comfort all guests, guidelines have been instituted for late seating and food/beverages in the Blossom Pavilion. Please follow posted signage for the following Pavilion seating options:
CLASSICAL CONCERTS — BLUE
Late seating is permitted only at designated seating breaks in the music.
Bottled water only is allowed in the Pavilion.
POPS-STYLE CONCERTS — PINK
Late seating is permitted between pieces and during speaking from the stage.
Beverages and small snacks are allowed in the Pavilion.
MOVIE CONCERTS — ORANGE
Late seating is permitted throughout the performance.
Food and beverages are allowed in the Pavilion (without picnic baskets/coolers).
